Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a General Manager to lead Restaurant Managers, Shift Supervisors and Crew to exceed customer expectations and achieve business objectives. You will oversee operations for a designated Wendy's, mentor your team, and reinforce food safety procedures for a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities include controlling labor and food costs, maximizing store sales, maintaining quality and coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to manage labor and food costs.
• Create a customer-first culture and coach employees.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent math skills, including basic computations.
• Ability to travel to other restaurants, meetings, etc. as needed.
• Physical Elements: Ability to stand for long periods, Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25-50 lbs).

As a General Manager, you will be overseeing operations for a designated Wendy's restaurant, you will develop and mentor your team - and ensure a positive dining experience for your customers - by monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures, maximizing store sales and profit goals.
