Key Responsibilities

• Create and sustain a fun, inviting work environment and model Wendy’s core values daily.
• Work with the leadership team to build a culture of consistency and performance, driving customer service, training, development, sales and profit growth, and accountability across the entire restaurant team.
• Manage the P&L to control costs and achieve specified profit targets by identifying opportunities in revenue growth, customer service, and process improvement.

Pay Range

$54,500.00 - $82,000.00 per year.
