You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include hiring and developing employees, conducting new hire orientations, executing training plans, scheduling and deploying staff, addressing performance issues, resolving customer concerns, and managing the restaurant's budget and financial plans. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a proven track record in people development, and a positive attitude. Job Requirements and Essential Functions
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including profit and loss responsibility
  • 50-hour work week
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong business math, accounting, and analytical/decision-making skills
  • Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 80% of shift
  • Competitive spirit and passion for excellence
