Qualifications
- 4+ years of management experience required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- CPR certification required.
- Strong sales, customer service, and business management skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; recruit, hire, train, and retain exceptional employees.
- Set the standard for customer service, sales, professionalism, and accountability.
- Drive membership sales, personal training revenue, member retention, and club profitability.
- Develop lead-generation, promotional, referral, and community outreach initiatives.
- Oversee daily club operations including staffing, member services, cleanliness, and safety.
- Monitor member satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.

Crunch Fitness is looking for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated General Manager to lead our fitness center.
This is an opportunity to help build the culture, team, and success of a growing club from the ground up. We're looking for a people-focused leader and business-minded professional who can motivate a team, create an exceptional member experience, drive sales, and deliver strong financial results.
Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome accomplished managers from retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, and other customer-focused industries who are ready to take the next step in their careers.

- Lead and support the Personal Training Manager in achieving departmental goals and revenue targets.
- Oversee daily club operations, including staffing, member services, cleanliness, maintenance, safety, security, and opening/closing procedures.
- Monitor member satisfaction and resolve member concerns quickly and professionally.
- Address employee performance and personnel matters in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor budgets, payroll, expenses, revenue, and overall financial performance.
- Conduct staff meetings, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and complete performance evaluations with clear goals and expectations.
- Partner with Fitness, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology, and other teams to support club success.
- Represent Crunch Fitness in the local community and help establish the club as a destination for fitness and wellness.
- Assist other local fitness centers’ management teams.
- 4+ years of management experience required
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong sales, customer service, and business management skills
- Experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, or another customer-focused industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent management experience will be considered
- Current CPR certification required
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Comfortable being active and visible throughout the club and spending extended periods on your feet
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
