Job Description:

Must have active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance

This position is contingent upon contract award

Under general supervision, this position performs technical and general maintenance work on facilities and building equipment, structures, systems, and hardware.

1. Complete all work tasks and PMs in a safe and timely manner.
2. Participate in daily morning meetings with the entire team to discuss the work to be performed as well as a safety topic for that day.
3. Practice safe work habits in all activities.
4. Participate in weekly hands-on training sessions on various tasks and equipment every Thursday.
5. Ensure STA’s are completed daily before each shift and signed the following day before the next shift begins.
6. Ensure all JSA’s have been read and signed for all tasks performed.
7. Assist all service contractors including Otis Elevators, Urban Armor, Tremco, RTS, Cintas, and Unifirst as needed.
8. Complete timecards daily at the end of each shift.
9. Provide weekly updates to the General Maintenance Supervisor on all tasks and projects.
10. Perform as a member of a 16-person snow removal team using trucks, loaders, plows, brooms, Bobcats, and rock salt spreaders.
11. Participate in training for personnel on various snow removal equipment including John Deere’s, Bobcats, front-end loaders, trucks, plows, brooms, and spreaders.
12. Participate in the fire extinguisher and emergency eyewash station program, managing more than 600 fire extinguishers and 38 eyewash stations site-wide.
13. Maintain PM books for all inside maintenance PMs, including secure doors, raised floor inspections, turnstiles, shop equipment, and building inspections.
14. Perform furniture reconfigurations using five types of modular furniture with over a thousand parts.
15. Possess basic carpentry skills (drywall, painting, carpeting).
16. Ensure all personnel have proper tools, equipment, and PPE for tasks.
17. Participate in training sessions on advanced skills such as framing walls, drywall installation, finishing, painting, carpet installation, ceiling and raised floor installation, door installation, concrete finishing, and woodworking.
18. Complete all HRMS, Fluor, and high-side mandatory computer-based training annually.
19. Maintain CPR/AED certification.
20. Perform basic landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, watering, trash and weed control, and using basic landscaping tools.
21. Be skilled in hand tools, power tools, patching walls, painting, floor and ceiling tiles, hanging pictures, landscaping, mowing/trimming, and building shelving.
22. Work with the Archibus team to ensure all assets are accurately accounted for, identified, and recorded.
23. Perform other tasks as assigned.
