Qualifications:

• Experience in general construction with good working knowledge of both residential and commercial applications preferred.
• Mechanical -General knowledge of related machines and tools, including their use and maintenance.
• Materials - Knowledge of materials involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures.
• Safety and Security--Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Communication - Good skills with supervisors, peers, or subordinates in person, by telephone, in written form, and through e-mail and other electronic means.
• General Physical Activities- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and roofs at various heights.
