Job description

Searching for motivated team players with some experience in general maintenance duties. Individual would be responsible for performing a wide range of duties in vacation rental properties in both North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach.

Candidates should be mechanically inclined with previous experience in general maintenance work. During peak summer season when units tend to be occupied, the scope of work may be limited to light maintenance tasks, purchase and delivery of needed items in rental units, delivery of linen to units on turnover day, and/or troubleshooting minor technical issues such as cable tv or wifi.

When occupancy and time allow during peak season and for most of the off season, the scope of work shifts to more involved projects in our rental units such as painting, drywall repair, and minor remodels as approved by owners on our program looking to take advantage of the off season to do these repairs/improvements.

Company van would be provided the majority of days with occasional use of personal vehicle required. Candidate must have their own basic tools.

Pay ranges from $13-$16/hour.

Must have an excellent eye for detail and excellent customer service skills in addition to technical experience. Position would involve communicating effectively with homeowners and guests regarding the upkeep and maintenance of the rental units on our rental program.
