Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Proficient experience in construction and plumbing.
2. Perform basic plumbing tasks such as plunging toilets and sinks, replacing valves, faucets, toilets, and basic pipe fitting including soldering and threading.
3. Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, household appliances, and equipment.
4. Perform basic preventative maintenance across various trades including plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs, and HVAC with minimal supervision.
5. Maintain all facility equipment in good working condition as directed.
6. Inspect systems throughout the facility to detect malfunctions and determine appropriate repairs.
7. Conduct general maintenance of the facility, including painting, door hardware maintenance, and circuit troubleshooting.
8. Use hand and power tools effectively to accomplish duties.
9. Research and resolve issues related to purchase orders and work orders.
10. Demonstrate adaptability, customer service skills, oral and written communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
11. Possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
