THE JOB

US Concerts is seeking a Maintenance Staff individual to keep our venues show-ready and create an incredible fan experience. This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  1. Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
  2. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
  3. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
  4. Work alongside building maintenance team to help with day-to-day maintenance tasks.
  5. Assist with maintaining outside building appearance (Landscaping, salt, & snow removal etc.)
  6. Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of building equipment.
  7. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  8. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  9. Perform regular preventive maintenance on submitted maintenance request form for machines, equipment and building.
  10. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
  11. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  12. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
  13. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  14. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
  15. Preferred skills but not required – electrical, plumbing, HVAC & Masonry.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  1. Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
  2. An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus.
  3. Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
  4. Be willing to learn and adapt to new skills.
  5. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  6. Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting.
