THTBC in Guam is hiring a General Maintenance Worker to maintain and repair buildings, equipment, and facility systems across basic trades. You will perform tasks in painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC upkeep, ensuring safety and compliance.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related maintenance experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide base operations support by performing general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and facility systems.
US Pay Range $21.47 — $21.47 USD
