About the Role

Complete Building Services is hiring a General Maintenance Worker (GMW) in Bethesda, MD. The GMW will perform preventative maintenance on building HVAC systems and other building equipment. The hours are Monday-Friday, we provide rotating coverage between the hours of 6:00 am & 6:00 pm. Salary $26 to $28 per hour.

A typical day will look something like this:

• Assist Chief Engineer as directed
• Performs general maintenance and repair (change ballast, flush valves, filters)
• Knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

You Should Have

We are looking for:

• 1-2 years of building maintenance
• Must have general commercial building operation/systems knowledge
• Experience in light electrical, light plumbing, and mechanical buildings systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
