About the Role

Complete Building Services is hiring a General Maintenance Worker (GMW) in Bethesda, MD. The GMW will perform preventative maintenance on building HVAC systems and other building equipment. The hours are Monday-Friday, with rotating coverage between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. Salary ranges from $26 to $28 per hour.

Typical Daily Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Engineer as directed
• Perform general maintenance and repairs (change ballast, flush valves, filters)
• Maintain knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:

• 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance
• Knowledge of commercial building operations and systems
• Experience with light electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
