Position Overview

This position provides building maintenance services, including custodial and related tasks, in the assigned facility. The role involves scheduled and unscheduled custodial duties, equipment maintenance, groundskeeping, and snow removal as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with facility custodial procedures and equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning agents, safety procedures, and equipment use
• Ability to follow instructions and operate groundskeeping and maintenance equipment safely
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to use computer maintenance management systems and read operational documents
• Ability to pass security and background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive custodial maintenance experience
• Snow removal experience

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Perform tasks involving standing, sitting, crawling, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, and repetitive movements
