KING AND GEORGE LLC is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to perform various maintenance tasks at Fairchild AFB in Spokane, WA. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in maintenance or repair work, covering areas such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks.

Responsibilities include replacing fixtures, conducting repairs, and maintaining various equipment. The role requires ability to understand detailed instructions and work both indoors and outdoors.

Qualificações

• At least two years related experience required.
• Experience working in an indoor or outdoor building environment.
• Able to understand verbal or written direction from lead, supervisor, or other craftsmen.

Responsabilidades

• Replaces electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Uses plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks.
• Repairs or replaces sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Performs general maintenance on equipment.
