Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Worker to keep our locations running smoothly across the region. This role requires traveling out of town 50%–75% of the time to service multiple sites.

You’ll inspect plumbing, electrical fixtures, kitchen equipment, and perform repairs (plumbing, painting, tile work, carpentry) from work orders. Build strong relationships with restaurant staff and corporate teams while ensuring safety and cleanliness wherever you operate.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, painting, tile work, and carpentry.
• Background in restaurant equipment repair preferred.
• Ability to read/interpret safety manuals and work orders; strong verbal communication.
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check.

Are you a “jack-of-all-trades” who enjoys life on the road? Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Worker to join our team. This isn’t a “sit-behind-a-desk” job—you’ll be the boots on the ground keeping our locations running smoothly across the region.

The Role & Travel

Travel: This position requires traveling out of town 50%–75% of the time.
