Job summary

CSS AG is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician in Grandview, MO. You will perform general facility maintenance and repairs across carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, and more, while inspecting and recommending improvements to buildings, equipment, and grounds.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, safe operation of tools, and accurate documentation in a CMMS system; on-call availability and flexibility for evenings or weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in industrial or commercial maintenance
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and masonry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with MS Office and electronic work order systems
• Valid driver's license; ability to operate forklifts, man lifts, and boom lifts
• Willingness to be on-call and work evenings or weekends as needed
