Job Summary:
EMCOR Facilities Services has an immediate opening for a General Maintenance Tech in Cincinnati, Ohio. High quality standards is a must. The candidate must be able to work in a team environment and possess good oral and written communication skills, professional appearance, and good attitude required. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter. General handyman, carpentry skills, replace ceiling tile, and/or repair locks, closures, repair walls, etc., painting, rubber base, carpet, and floor tile. Minor plumbing repairs unclog sinks, toilets, and fix minor leaks. Electrical, replace ballast bulbs, etc.
