Job summary

Atlanta Airlines Terminal Company, LLC Career Center is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join the Enhanced Building Maintenance team. The role focuses on preventative and corrective maintenance of customer-facing systems and fixtures across public areas, including soap dispensers, faucets, flush valves, and related equipment.

Scheduled hours will center on the 3rd shift with flexibility as requirements arise.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures without exception.
• Repair and maintain a variety of customer-facing systems and equipment.
• Maintain work records and service logs for all equipment.
• Coordinate and prioritize workload with your supervisor.
• Operate forklift machinery.
• Perform building maintenance tasks including floor care, escalator cleaning, high-reach work, painting, and other duties.

Salary Level 6: $60,588

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary

We are seeking a General Maintenance Repair Technician to join our team. Your primary responsibility will preventative and corrective maintenance to various customer facing systems and fixtures that include but is not limited to automatic soap dispensers, faucets and flush valves, paper dispensers, door latches and locks and other miscellaneous repairs across the public areas of the CPTC.

Scheduled hours will be centered around 3rd shift primarily with a need to adjust depending on requirements or needs.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures without exception.
• Repair and maintain a variety of customer-facing systems and equipment.
• Maintain work complete and service records for all equipment.
• Coordinate and prioritize workload with your supervisor.
• Operation of forklift machinery.
• Perform a variety of building maintenance tasks, including cross-training in floor care, escalator cleaning, high-reach work, general maintenance, painting, and other duties assigned by your supervisor.
