Job summary

1st Lake Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Natchez Landing in Metairie, LA. You will perform routine maintenance in residents’ apartments, troubleshoot plumbing and electrical issues, and prepare units for new residents.

Grounds duties may be required; strong reliability and a background in residential maintenance are preferred. We offer a $750 sign-on bonus, a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401k with company match,

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family or residential setting.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Tools and reliable transportation. We can assist with tools purchase if needed.
