Bass Pro Shops seeks a General Maintenance Outfitter in Baltimore to perform a broad range of maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical trades. You will oversee contractors and support store operations with preventive maintenance and energy-conscious initiatives.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, the ability to work with others, and a commitment to safe, high-quality service. Overtime and outdoor work may be involved.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repair including lamp changes and fixture installations.

• Perform basic mechanical repairs on store equipment.
• Repair building components and perform tune-ups for energy conservation.

This position performs preventive maintenance and oversees service contractors’ delivery of routine maintenance (housekeeping, landscape maintenance, pest control, etc.). This role must possess broad skills in various building trades (I.E., plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, etc.) and broad mechanical aptitude.
