Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced General Maintenance Mechanic to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of facility equipment and building systems for a healthcare client in Morristown, NJ. The role focuses on preventive maintenance and proactive repairs to keep critical systems running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of healthcare or industrial maintenance experience, solid troubleshooting and mechanical skills, and basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience in healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, or facilities environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, or CMMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.

Pay Rate: Up to $30/hour, depending on experience
