Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring a General Machine Operator in Medina, Ohio. You will operate mechanical and automated machinery to manufacture high-performance brake, clutch, and transmission components, performing quality checks and documenting results.

We value a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred, and the willingness to learn. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with differential pay for the later shifts, plus a comprehensive benefits

General Machine Operator $19.00/hour + 2nd & 3rd Shift Differential | Medina, OH | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

We're Hiring – General Machine Operators. Join a growing manufacturing team in Medina, Ohio as a General Machine Operator.

If you have manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, or a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we want to hear from you! You'll operate mechanical and automated machinery used to manufacture high-performance brake, clutch, and transmission products.

What You'll Do

• Perform quality checks and inspect finished products
• Monitor equipment and report mechanical or production issues
• Load and stage materials needed for production
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and safe
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus

Physical Requirements

Stand for up to 3 hours at a time. Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting. Work in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
