Morgan & Morgan in Scranton is seeking an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to handle a heavy, complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial.

The candidate will represent plaintiffs in slip-and-fall, negligence, and related personal injury matters, collaborate with experts, and maintain high standards of client service and advocacy.

Qualificações

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

• Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum.

Summary

Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Scranton. The Trial Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case‑load of cases from pre‑litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite / animal attack; and other cases.

• Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum
• Guide clients through the case process
