Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Tampa seeks a Pre-Suit Attorney to lead early-stage personal injury matters. You will guide clients through the pre-litigation process, draft and file pre-litigation documents, and coordinate with a team of case managers to manage high volume pre-lit cases.

This role focuses on automotive and other personal injury claims, with strong emphasis on client service, writing and oral advocacy, and leadership to drive timely resolutions and compliance with firm KPIs.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval.
• Guide clients through the case process.

• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
