Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage a heavy and complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial.

You will handle pleadings, depositions, and court appearances while guiding clients through the process and coordinating with experts.

Formación

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.

Summary

Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing practice. The Personal Injury Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case-load of cases from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial.

• Guide clients through the case process

Qualification

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases

• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
