Jobot is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for its Worcester, MA, Hartford CT, or Boston MA offices. This role offers meaningful courtroom and deposition experience handling a varied civil litigation docket.

The ideal candidate has 2–7 years of litigation experience, admission to practice in Massachusetts and/or Connecticut, and a strong background in insurance defense. The position features a hybrid work schedule, competitive salary, and opportunities for mentorship and growth.

Qualifikationen

• 2-7 years of litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and/or Connecticut.
• Experience in insurance defense or related civil litigation preferred.

Aufgaben

• Handle a varied litigation caseload including construction losses, liquor liability, premises liability.
• Gain courtroom and deposition experience.
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy.
• Take and defend depositions and work with experts.
• Attend site inspections and draft, argue, and respond to motions.
• Receive mentorship and shadowing opportunities.
