Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active civil-litigation caseload.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.

• Review medical records, damages materials, and expert reports.
• Develop defense strategy alongside partners and clients.
• Communicate directly with carriers and insured clients.

Job Details

This role is ideal for an attorney who wants to build or continue developing a long‑term civil‑defense practice with meaningful case responsibility, direct client interaction, and support from an established team of experienced insurance‑defense attorneys.
