Job summary

Cole, Scott, & Kissane seeks a driven attorney to join our General Liability practice. The attorney will defend businesses and individuals in a wide range of tort matters, including premises and products liability, and other litigation.

Responsibilities include taking depositions, drafting motions, attending hearings, and performing legal research while communicating with clients and experts. The role emphasizes independent work and teamwork within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior litigation experience preferred, but not required.
