The Tampa, FL office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice.
The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and between two (2) and seven (7) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Well-qualified candidates with relevant experience will be considered for partnership opportunities.
Lewis Brisbois' General Liability Practice consists of over 600 attorneys nationwide, representing defendants in significant exposure cases across various general liability areas. The team defends property and personal injury claims for both insured and self-insured clients. While we handle a wide range of matters, we excel in litigating catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases. Our seasoned trial attorneys have been recognized by the National Law Journal for top defense verdicts and other awards.
