Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Balance sheet accounts reconciliation as primary focus.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts, ledgers and reporting systems; set up new users in the accounting system and Concur.
• Assist with monthly balance sheet and P&L fluctuations analysis.
• Assist in updating fixed assets schedule and depreciation expense.
• General clerical duties as needed.
• Assist with preparation of 1099s and special accounting projects.
