Job summary

Rocky Mountain Restoration in the Prescott area is hiring a Restoration Technician to perform hands-on assessment, mitigation, and restoration of properties affected by water, fire, mold and other disasters. You will use industry-standard tools to extract water, perform demolition, and ensure safety and compliance, with hands-on training from crew chiefs.

The role offers growth opportunities, on-call requirements, travel to Prescott and occasional trips to Mesa HQ.

Job Description

The Restoration Technician plays a critical role in the successful restoration of properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other disasters. This position involves the hands‑on work of assessing, mitigating, and restoring damaged structures and belongings. The technician will be responsible for utilizing industry‑standard tools and techniques to build contaminants, extract water, and dry affected areas, as well as performing demolition and cleaning tasks as needed. Additionally, the technician must ensure that all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures. This posiiton will receive hands‑on training from one of our experienced crew chiefs.

Learn and perform a variety of new skills, including equipment set‑up, demolition of building materials, pack up and put back the personal property of customers’ homes affected by water or fire damage. We are flexible with schedules and promote work life balance.

Prescott Initial 24/7 On-Call Requirement

This role requires 24/7 on-call availability at the start of employment. This is a temporary expectation and will remain in place only until an additional technician is hired to share on-call responsibilities.

Prescott Travel Requirements

Regular travel to and from job sites in the Prescott area and surrounding regions is required. In addition, occasional travel to our headquarters in Mesa, AZ will be expected, typically on a monthly or quarterly basis. Orientation will be held at our headquarters.

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00/Hr DOE
