Purpose and Summary

The purpose of this position is to assist with daily operational duties at the facility.

Essential Job Functions

1. Maintain operations at the retail supply location, following the maintenance schedule for facility and equipment.
2. Manage inventory and distribution of products. Drive and deliver miscellaneous products as requested. Stock and move warehouse products and materials.
3. Assist full-time and part-time operations personnel. Maintain the facility and equipment's appearance.
4. Contribute to achieving goals by improving efficiency and reducing costs.
5. Provide excellent customer service.
6. Collaborate with the location manager on safety and compliance issues.

Other Job Functions

• Follow GROWMARK's Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety policies, OSHA, and DOT procedures.
• Drive and run local errands as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years of retail-related work experience demonstrating knowledge of inventory management and mechanics.
• Demonstrate essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record. Frequently lift 51-70 lbs.
• Work in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.) as required.

Additional conditions include exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, electrical hazards with proper safety measures, and working hours outside the normal schedule to meet seasonal demands. Willingness to participate in required training on GROWMARK policies and procedures.
