PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

This position assists with daily operational duties at the facility.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Maintain operations at the retail supply location and follow maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment.
• Manage inventory and distribution of products; drive and deliver miscellaneous products as requested; stock and move warehouse materials.
• Assist full-time and part-time personnel; maintain the facility and equipment appearance.
• Contribute to achieving goals by improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Collaborate with the location manager on safety and compliance issues.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

• Adhere to GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Drive and run local errands as needed; perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of retail-related work experience demonstrating knowledge of inventory management and mechanics.
• Demonstrate business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Frequently lift 51-70 lbs.
• Work in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.).
• Exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with safety precautions.
• Work hours may vary outside normal times to meet seasonal demands.
• Participate in required training related to company policies and position requirements.
