Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to support general duties involving handling of product, materials, and equipment. You will operate pallet jacks, restock, perform general maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. The role may require filling in for other positions and lifting 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year of general work experience.
• Prior warehouse/production experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack; forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial power equipment.
• Restock and replenish as appropriate.
• Perform general maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Fill in for other positions as needed.
• Perform general warehouse/production/cooler service duties.
• Periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.

Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable:

Monday - Thursday / 7:00 PM - 3:30 PM or untill Finished
Sunday / 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM or untill Finished

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $16.49 to $19.41 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
