Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate in San Antonio, TX to handle movement of products in a production and warehouse setting. You will operate industrial equipment, move materials, and load/unload trailers, ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

The role requires attention to detail with 0–3 years general experience; forklift certification is required and prior high-speed environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Job Location: San Antonio,TX
Work days/Shift Hours - Monday-Friday 9 PM-Complete

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.09 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Responsible for moving product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Move product and/or materials manually as required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• 0-3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus.
• Ability to operator a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Demonstrated attention to detail. Forklift certification is required.
