Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in San Antonio, TX seeks a Warehouse Associate to perform general duties involving the handling of products, materials, and equipment. Work days are Monday–Friday, 5 AM to completion, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Starting pay ranges from $16.49 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience, with additional earning opportunities including performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year of general work experience.
• Prior warehouse/production/equipment service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Demonstrates attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial power equipment.
• Restock and replenish as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Fill in for other positions as needed.
• Perform general warehouse/production/cooler service duties.
• Periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.
