You will support mill operations, perform material handling, housekeeping, and safety duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Opportunities for progression exist from Laborer to Operator roles, and a quarterly bonus target adds earning potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support production and mill operations as needed.
• Operate equipment and assist with material handling.
• Perform general labor, housekeeping, and utility duties.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Work effectively with operators, mechanics, and other mill personnel.
