Job summary

The role requires working 12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3) with day and night coverage and overtime as needed. A strong commitment to safety and teamwork is essential; starting pay is $25.96 per hour with a quarterly bonus target of 10%.

Job Description:

$25.96/hour | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | 2-2-3 Schedule | Approximately 14 Days per Month

Career Progression

General Laborer / Utility → Winder Helper→ Operator → Back Tender → Machine Tender

Must Be Available for Both Day & Night Shifts

6:00 AM-6:00 PM and 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

Employees rotate between day and night shifts every two weeks.

Quarterly Bonus Target: 10%

Compensation Range:

The pay for this position is $25.96 per hour. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
