Qualifications

• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate production specifications.
• Fundamental understanding of or the ability to learn production equipment quickly.
• Bobcat experience not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations teams by packaging products into finished goods per specs.
• Transport materials to on-site warehouses and bale corrugated feedstock.
• 40% of time is spent on a hand-controls Bobcat; remainder for cleanup and training.
• Job-specific training for safe operation of powered industrial trucks.
• Operate routine production machinery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area; follow safety rules.
