Qualifications

• NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Fundamental understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations teams in daily production tasks.
• Package products according to customer specifications (ticketing, banding, wrapping).
• Transport finished goods to on-site warehouses and move baled material.
• Operate hand-controls Bobcat 40% of the time; other duties include general cleanup and training for higher-paying roles.
