Job summary

Clinton Aluminum in Norton, Ohio is seeking a Regular Full-Time Skid Builder to read tape measures, cut and assemble wooden skids, and follow drawings to meet exact shipping dimensions. • Cut and nail skids together based on provided specifications
• Utilize the best pieces of wood to minimize waste
• Ensure skids are built to company standards for quality and durability
• Follow skid orders, drawings, or verbal instructions for sizing requirements
• Use power tools and equipment such as circular saw, pneumatic nail guns, etc.
• Track stock in department including lumber, nails, and any shipping materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
