Job summary

Marlboro Manufacturing, a leader in continuous hinge manufacturing, is seeking full-time candidates for a Skid Crate Maker to fabricate and assemble wooden skids for shipping and storage. You will work in a manufacturing environment, using pneumatic and hand tools to meet quality and safety standards.

Typical schedule is 10-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. Must have reliable transportation, be safety-conscious, able to lift up to 70 lbs, have basic computer and math

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints or specifications for skid designs
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber using nail, screw, and staple guns
• Ensure all skids meet dimensional and strength requirements
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area
• Restock materials and follow inventory procedures
• Collaborate with team members to complete production targets
• Forklift certified preferred.
• Must be able to work with others
• Must pass Drug and Alcohol test
