Job summary

EMR Group in New Orleans, LA is hiring a general laborer to support operations at our depot. The role involves hands-on tasks, basic site cleanup, and helping with end-of-life vehicle (ELV) processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to use hand tools such as snip cutters, brooms, and shovels.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, physical, and drug screening.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ELV (end of life vehicles).
• Assist in housekeeping.
• Ensure a clean and orderly workplace.
• Clean and prepare sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Adhere to operating and health and safety protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
