This is a fast‑paced outdoor position that requires continuous physical labor and productivity throughout the entire shift. Employees work outside in all weather conditions year‑round, including heat, cold, rain, and other outdoor elements. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors daily and staying active throughout the shift with very limited downtime.

Position: General Labor – Scrap Metal Recycling Yard

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Job Duties

• Sort and separate scrap metal by hand.
• Assist with loading and unloading customer and company vehicles.
• Perform repetitive heavy lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of the recycling yard and surrounding work areas.
• Use hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support daily yard operations in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
• Remain productive and physically active throughout the entire workday.

Requirements
