• Perform duties in accordance with current Quality Management System, Safety Management System.
• Clean components with solvent and hand tools.
• Inspect products to conform to quality, engineering, and customer requirements.
• Operate hand tools including electronic and pneumatic powered tools.
• Repair minor voids.
• Load, unload, lift, and move materials and products.
• Complete and maintain all associated electronic process paperwork.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards.

Job Summary

The General Laborer is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, repairing, and stacking raw materials, sub-assemblies, and/or finished goods under immediate supervision in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. This role ensures KPS Global is able to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards and satisfy customer requirements.

Major Responsibilities

1. Perform duties in accordance with current Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and KPS Global Code of Conduct requirements.
2. Clean components with solvent and hand tools.
3. Inspect products to conform to quality, engineering, and customer requirements.
4. Operate hand tools including electronic and pneumatic powered tools.
5. Repair minor voids.
6. Load, unload, lift, and move materials and products utilizing lifting equipment when available.
7. Complete and maintain all associated electronic process paperwork including checklists, stamping, blueprints, bar coding, and shipping/receiving materials.
8. Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards.
