Job Summary

The General Laborer is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, repairing, and stacking raw materials, sub-assemblies, and/or finished goods under immediate supervision, following established procedures and guidelines. This role helps ensure KPS Global meets quality, safety, and productivity standards and satisfies customer requirements.

Major Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with the current Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and KPS Global Code of Conduct requirements
• Clean components using solvent and hand tools
• Inspect products to ensure they conform to quality, engineering, and customer requirements
• Operate hand tools, including electronic and pneumatic powered tools
• Repair minor defects or voids
• Load, unload, lift, and move materials and products using lifting equipment when available
• Complete and maintain all electronic process paperwork, including checklists, stamping, blueprints, barcoding, and shipping/receiving documentation
• Maintain departmental housekeeping and adhere to 5S standards
