General Laborer/Plant Team Member (Pipe) - County Materials (Security)

We are seeking a General Laborer/Plant Team Member for our customer, County Materials, in Green Bay, WI.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform tasks related to the production of concrete pipe and precast concrete products in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to quality standards.
2. Set up and clean up steel pallets for concrete molds.
3. Cut, bend, and place welded wire mesh and steel rebar.
4. Prepare forms for filling with concrete.
5. Maintain and clean equipment after daily operations.
6. Assemble forms and molds for concrete production.
7. Perform general facility maintenance and housekeeping.
8. Load, unload, lift, and move materials as needed.
9. Follow instructions and guidelines to perform job functions.
10. Perform other related tasks as required.

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
• Proximity to moving machinery and equipment.
• Work in noisy environments.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift/carry 10-40 pounds.
• Occasionally lift/carry over 40 pounds.
• Stand, walk, climb, squat, crouch, kneel, bend, push, pull, and reach above shoulder level.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 0-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industry practices is a plus.
• Ability to work safely and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn and receive training.

Compensation: Starting wage: $21.00/hour.
