Job summary

Traffic Management Solutions Inc. is seeking a Laborer: General for a full-time, on-site role in Boynton Beach, FL.

The position involves versatile labor across underground and overhead electrical scopes, signing, tolling, ITS, traffic maintenance, grading, and earthwork, as part of a crew led by a supervisor. Responsibilities include handling forms and materials, assisting foremen and carpenters, and upholding safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Punctual, reliable team member capable of following supervisor instructions.
• Works well in a team to complete tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Works outdoors in varied climates.
• Safety-conscious and follows company protocols.

Responsibilities

• Setting forms, carrying material, stripping forms, placing concrete, cleaning tools/forms/site. Assisting foremen and carpenters.
• Following all company safety protocols and procedures.
• Abide by company cell phone use policy at all times while working.
• Display working knowledge of New Employee Tool List (Laborer). Employees are expected to care for and maintain tools as needed to preserve a complete toolset at all times.
• Employees shall conduct themself in a positive and respectful manner when interacting with the client, the public, and within the company.
• Other Duties as assigned
