Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies in Green Bay, WI is hiring for a hands-on manufacturing role. You will operate and maintain power tools, read blueprints, cut materials to spec, and assemble according to documents to fulfill orders accurately.

The shift runs 4pm–4am, with a competitive hourly wage and yearly bonus payouts. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, use a tape measure, and maintain a safe, clean workspace while meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and cut sheets.
• Able to use a tape measure accurately and safely with various hand and power tools.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power tools (drill presses, mitre saws, table saws).
• Cut materials to precise specs using cut sheets.
• Read blueprints and production documents; assemble materials per specs.
• Accurately fulfill and complete orders and collaborate with team to meet goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws
• Cut materials to precise specifications using cut sheets
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents
• Assemble materials according to specifications
• Accurately fulfill and complete orders
• Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals

Qualifications

• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools - a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders and/or cut sheets - a plus but not required
• Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately
• Keep a safe and clean environment
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Adhere to AmeriLux Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards
