Job summary

Mullens Markings, a Road Safety Services operating company, is seeking motivated Road Striping & Pavement Marking Crew Members to join our Greensboro, North Carolina team. You’ll contribute to safe, durable markings on highways, parking lots, and roadways using specialized equipment.

This hands-on role requires reliability, the ability to work nights and weekends, and a commitment to safety. CDL is a plus, and you’ll be part of a team dedicated to infrastructure and road safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• CDL Class A or B is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in road construction, striping, or traffic control preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and meet shifting schedule demands.

Responsibilities

• Road Striping & Pavement Marking using specialized equipment.
• Traffic Control setup and maintenance on work sites.
• Operate CDL-required vehicles and perform basic equipment inspections.
• Perform physical labor including lifting and standing outdoors.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

What You'll Do

• Road Striping & Pavement Marking Assist in applying road markings including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols using specialized striping equipment.


• Traffic Control Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.


• Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate CDL-required vehicles, including trucks and striping machines. Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.


• Physical Labor Perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.


• Safety Compliance Follow all company and job-site safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

What We're Looking For
